I worked with this woman at Heidelberg from 2003-2005. We all knew what she was about. Even expressed what was witnessed (re-working deposit slips) to a hire up, to reward an honest employee, they fired me. Claimed that a manager could not work with me (makes you wonder huh?). Serves them right! She continued and even bragged after 10-15 other employees caught on. Higher ups needed to get off the high horse and take a look around. I have to wonder if the company mission statement had to be re-worded?

We had a Ex-Yugloslavian employee in the bank I used to work for, who stole 1.5 mill. DM some years back, together with another German and two Arabs.
She managed to let her tears flow so much in court that the (lady) judge gave her probation and then released her.
The money was never recovered, and she had a good time.
To her friends (I_used_to_be one of them) to told lies that her grandmother from (Ex-) Yugoslavia managed to smuggle US-Dollars out of the country.
That made me sick.
