FYI:
Dr. Cline does not have a patient by the above name. He does, however, have a disgruntled former employee with a drug habit.

Amen, I work in healthcare and get sick of people complaining when its 99% of the time their own fault. Antibiotics arent going to continue to help. My office gets an abundance of calls daily, usually from the same people refusing to come in and get the problem taken care of, they only want to be treated over the phone. I understand insurance problems, but get a loan if your teeth are that bad.

I recently went to Dr Cline for the first time. The hygienist was very unfriendly, little did she know I am a dental assistant, she would get aggravated at me if I asked questions. She wanted to do a couple of thing to me. I told her it was fine if my insurance covers it as preventative ( I just recently got new insurance) She would get mad and walk out then she came back and said she THINKS its covered. I have had a lot of Jaw issues in my life and I cannot open my mouth very wide and she would get mad over that. When she did my coronal polish she did a sloppy job and actually had to scrape after. If she had done it properly there shouldn't have been very much of this. She also complained about some other work my wonderful dentist of 20 years had done ( again new insurance he don't accept). I told her I was happy with the work he did and it was on the lingual surface of my 1st mandibular molar, which nobody sees but me. Then, Dr Cline came in. He was very unfriendly, didn't greet me ask how I was just poke in my mouth insulted me by telling me I had gingivitis! and left. Followed up with another dentist the next do I in fact do not have gingivitis, they had just probed my periodontal pockets, which make your gingiva swell. when I saw DR McBride the next day he said my mouth looks beautiful as it always does and to continue doing what I am doing, and he didn't charge me! It is worth me paying the 85.00 to DR McBride for my cleanings than to have my insurance pay for the crap job Dr Cline and His staff did. I will say Jennifer was very friendly even tho she didn't work on me. But lady in first room on the left that didn't even tell me her name!Needs to find a new career or go back to school, They did a better job cleaning my teeth when I was in dental school learning how to do it than she did.
And I am an actual patient. So don't let their staff tell you otherwise. Which is also very unprofessional to go on your own reviews and say things like that. Also just because the don't have a patient by that name means nothing. as you can see you pick your own name as I chose to pick unknown. Last ting I want is for them to see my real name incase I am forced to use them again. They seem like the type of people to hold it against you instead of fixing the problem.

Quit posting fake responses or my next post will have your name and the crime you committed at Dr. Cline's office on it.

If I were writing a review on a dentist that wasn't exactly favorable, I probably wouldn't use my actual name. It's very likely an alias.
