Is Billy Weeks really the Police Chief, I'll bet he was given the job of talking to the reporters from the various news stations and papers and he is telling them that he is the Police Chief. I thought we go rid of that ass Clown.

Umm...this happened in October of 2000...nearly 13 years ago. The supervisor was indicted and prosecuted on homicide charges, but was acquitted by a jury. The city's insurance company paid the family a hefty sum and they settled out of court. This tragic situation is over and done with for well over a decade. Why are you talking about it now?
