I have to post this because lately I have seen some very critical posts about this attorney on here. First, let me say, this attorney does his job! Second, don't believe all that you see on here! Third, he cares about his clients and doesn't charge an arm and a leg to do a job! I am very happy with his petition he served for me and his actions in court. he is a great attorney..and I don't care what other people say. if you need an attorney, contact Mr. Adam Parrish. he will get the job done for you!

Sure, Adam is fine if you really don't need an attorney or lawyer. He is indeed an officer of the court and upholds it, first and foremost, before you are fought for and actually fairly represented.

No such thing as a bargain tattoo or attorney.

If there were any good attorneys who weren't making out like bandits because of our FUBAR justice system, they'd step up and help The People fix what is badly broken in our nation and it's defunct Constitution.

That will never happen. Attorneys were never supposed to hold public offices in order to prevent the passing of legislation beyond the comprehension of a reasonable man who isn't a scholar of law. However, that cat got out of the bag a long time ago and attorneys have carved quite a niche for themselves and profited greatly due to the proliferation of a judicial system, far removed from common law.

This is why persons can be incarcerated for "crimes" of which, there are no victims or injury to others.

Nothing right about that.

Every attorney is supposed to be an officer of the court. Sounds like you were wanting something in court that was impossible to get! I think he is an awesome attorney and if I need anything else, I'll be going to him for legal help.

Sure, that makes sense, I want an attorney on the same team as the prosecutor, judge, court clerk and bailiffs. You run with that and perhaps you can learn the difference between Article III and Article IV courts in the meantime.

Grab him when you have a real problem, not one that can be easily plead or traded away. Grab him when you need a trial lawyer that will vigorously defend you and not lie to you while playing backroom games with his court buddies.

You'll regret it.

BTW.... ask him why he had his license either suspended or revoked a couple years back or so. It's public record so check and see afterwards, if he tells you the truth.

bad Answer, I am afraid you are probably correct about him...as it turns out my ex filed a motion and I was never notified by Adam of the court appearance. it seems he and my ex's attorney are scheming something up to keep my ex from going to jail on contempt charges! Suspicious thats all I gotta say!

Looks as though many are finding out the TRUTH!
Keep filing complaints. Get heard about his actions. Help others NOT to trust in him and be taken.

Just wondering why all these posts are from North Carolina and Adam Parrish is in Lebanon, TN...My guess is 1 person, who probably didn't get exactly what they wanted in court (or get spelling lessons), is bashing a great attorney under numerous names from the same place.
THe problem is too many people watch "Law and Order" and expect the good guy to win every time...and no one ever considers themselves to be in the wrong...Is Mr. Parrish "Matlock"? No, but he did a great job on both a family and civil matter for me. Is he tough to get ahold of? Yes, most busy professionals are. If he was always available, I would be more worried...Take what you read on hear with a grain of salt, someone always has to lose in court...and if you lost, it probably means you were in the wrong or had a crappy judge. Neither of these are Mr. Parrishs' fault.
Hows that taste

I hired atty. parrish in the past for a issue and will leave it at that, his phone is rare to be answered, he is a very pleasant and seems to care guy, but he was not ontop of things and court delays and etc. he did not stay on top of, he seemed to busy and was not good about returning phone calls. I do not think the man is evil just greedie like all attorney's and takes on more cases than he can handle, also from talking to others takes on cases that he is not qualified to handle, he is a criminial atty. and possibly does well there. He is a likeable fellow. Depends on what you need an atty. for whether I would hire him again. I did not feel we got our money's worth, and that he had time to fool with our case, but we should have done our homework also. His secretary is pleasant, believe she give him the messages just not sure the load of clients he wants to carry, he is capable? We all are human, and should make sure we do our part to chose the right atty. for our case, and that the atty. really cares and takes the time to be efficient, we lost our case and I do feel it was the way it was handled by Parrish, he should informed us better being the atty, where we stood on issues, but we paid some money up front huge mistake, and we lost the case.
