Should we not make an example of Jeff , it's not been that long ago when a child lost their life because of this same stupidity of a drunk driver going the wrong damn way , there is no excuse for this and I pray MADD gets involved and burns his ass

I predict ....... if it goes to trial at all, he pleads not guilty and his attorney keeps getting delays and delays until it all fades from folks memory (he hopes) and it magically disappears or charges are dismissed. Different legal system for those making the laws ya' know!
Yarb, do the BEST thing you can do for the folks of Cleveland. Admit your guilt, take your punishment like a MAN and resign your commission.

In not saying he didn't do it this time or hasn't done it before but the police did not catch him in the act. That reason alone should give him the freedom from prosecuted. If someone is caught then fine but the olive shouldn't be able to just hear about something happening and the arrest you.
