I offered them a trade in. I told them I wanted fair trade in value for my car. It wasn't an unreasonable offer & they said they wouldn't take a trade without even looking at the car. It is in good condition. They were kind of smart & said why don't you sell it. I'm not a car dealer & I don't want to worry about the hassle. I work & dot have time to fool with it. If they treat all their customer this way I guess they won't be in business very long. You shouldn't ask your customer why can't they sell their car themselves. It's not good customer service. They probably would have taken it if I would basically giving it away. Buyers be aware
