when the people will rise up and demand that "our legal system" be simplified and once again grounded in common sense so that a reasonable person that is able to make his or her way through this life and function as well as any of the officers of the court can, isn't required to pay over-priced hookers to play the artful language and back room politics current game for them

a good start would be greatly reducing the compensation packages of our elected, appointed and all hired officials, drug testing all receiving a government paycheck, making all of them accountable (no more absolute immunity and the standards of qualified immunity greatly lowered) and a constitutional amendment to ban attorneys from holding any public offices, much less writing legislation, in any form or fashion.
its almost funny

reading this thread as though some of you are talking about mythical gods, rock stars, sports heroes when in fact, all the people in this game flush matter that stinks just as much as yours

'there is no greater tyranny than that which wears the clothes of justice and flies the color of law'

and "we" pay many of these tyrants in this game as if they were super mortals, not human, so far beyond reproach and above the "human conditions" that money could never buy them no matter how many lives are destroyed in the process

Debra Dishmon is horrible!!! She ripped me off and did not fairly represent me at all. She was only looking for money, not for my best interests!!! You'll be sorry if you go to her.

Karma, are you serious...omg, I work in the film industry and have had to hire an attorney to represent our production company on more than one occasion, I would have been thrilled if the party whom we were in litigation with had chosen to represent themselves....clearly you have never had large sums if money at stake

Oh I've had thousands of dollars in money at stake and received a judgment without an attorney ripping me off any further..ignorance of the law is not an excuse..as for me being a fool, I don't think so..amazing that attorneys want you to believe you can't do their job, but you surely can!!

Susan Merry is WORTHLESS!!! Completely and utterly worthless. She is a waste of time and money!
The most ruthless lawyer I have ever seen is Patti B Garner from summer county. She had a Lebanon office at one time. She lies and cheats but for some reason she wins.
Other than those two I couldn't tell you. But seriously Patti Garner is a piece of work. She's expensive and you may as well sell your soul if you use her.

Yeah, I've had Susan merry for an attorney once..what a freaking joke!! Never got the truth of the matter out in court, and I've been paying for it ever since!! However, I'm glad others are seeing the same thing from her..Adam Parrish is no better...he's cost me a lot of money that I intend to make him accountable for..but I've also learned once a judge is biased against you, you have no chance in hell in presenting any evidence..your mouth is silenced shut and you must be financially abused for trying to let the truth out!! I suppose most cases are the same way, but I intend to do something about it..slowly but surely!!

Angel Kane represented me in court. My ex husband had a bulldog of an attorney and Mrs Kane wasmeek and mild and acted intimidated. If I am going to pay that kinda of money, I need an attorney that will fight,Really Fight, for me in court!

After reading this thread, I called Chad Hayes of Lebanon Family Law...I found him knowledgeable and down to earth, as well as full of great information. He treated me like a real person and respected my situation. He even talked about a possible strategy with me over the phone...The only problem is that he can't represent me due to a conflict of interest!! Does anyone know anything about Patti Stolinsky? Or Julie Robinson??
