If they included LI in this study it would have blown LL the other places away. LI drivers are by FAR the worst in the world. It stands to reason because Li'ers have the least class in the world.

True. It is an indicator of an utter contempt for the law and a complete disregard for the safety of others. It is an indicator of an empty-headed driver who places the value of a phone call (one of hundreds per day, no doubt) over the value of his or her own life, and the lives of others. There is nothing more STUPID than a driver on a cell phone. Period.

Too many cars, not enough road.

Too many people who seem to think that the laws of physics don't apply to them because their little worlds are so very hectic.

Weren't we supposed to have flying cars by now? This IS the 21st Century isn't it?

Then again, our next fender-bender would be followed by a fifteen hundred foot drop onto somebody's roof if our cars flew...

Nevermind.

What a suprise! How about "Its all about me, on the road"! Its to the point when driving you really cant get mad at other drivers. They honestly will do anything they wont. Miss an exit back-up on the parkway...need an extra lane-drive on the shoulder or the entrance/exit ramp of the parways...need a parking spot, stop in a one lane road and wait and hold up other drivers...and last but not least drive on the parkways or expressway and watch the "rice rocket cars" zip in and out of traffic!

They should get a 12 step program for tailgaters . There is no rationalizing or justifing it .State police should get involved on Southern State Pkwy. There is an accident every other day.

what ever happened to the "family" car, remember one car per family/garage.
now a day parents are just not willing to drive their kids anywhere so they buy them cars to take care of themselves. parents actually used to drive their kids places, now kids don't want to be seen with their parents driving them anywhere, too bad.
the wife always used to drive the husband to the train station or work, then have the car the rest of the day to do her household chores and pick him up again at the end of the day....
now everybodies got to have their own car, with the price of gas and insurance i don't know how so many families can do it.
miami drivers are ny drivers Sept-May, and ny drivers are miami drivers May-Sept, no surprise there

And how else would I report a reckless driver or one that was road raging?? Should I pull over causing more road rage or maybe an accident? Wait til I got to a phone booth? DUH! It might be stupid, but sometimes necessary.
