Typical CPD, they've been blind-sided by this homicide and they haven't the slightest clue as to where to even begin working on a high profile homicide. It just don't happen very often there but the funny thing is, the few times C-land,Ms has delt with homicide cases, the perpetrator is never found nor are they doing time. But they will put a 17 yr old in the county jail for 72 hrs. For a bag of marijuana and 1 empty beer can. I say stop worrying so much bout keeping stoned teenagers off the street and focus on keepin the MURDERERS off the street!!!!.

Typical Cleveland,Ms. Everyone knows your first, middle and last name they know you're f&$kin up even before YOU do. They judge you by the things they hear about from other individuals who are simply miserable being themselves so they fill that void of misery and boredom with your so -called "business". But I was born and raised in Bolivar County until I turned 19 years old in 2007. I made that one decision small town folk either don't want to make or have made but didn't stick to. I LEFT And moved on to bigger and better places and definitely some better company. I will always be proud of my roots of bein' "uh good ole Delta Girl" but to appreciate it means to put all that drama and drugs and back stabbin' people behind me. Now when I go back for visits, I'm able to enjoy the MS Delta's true beauty rather than looking past all the positive things the place has to offer and digging up and reaching and spreading lies and negativity. People say everyday "I hate this place!" "it's nothin' but drama!".... Sit and think about it for a second.... You contribute to the drama just as much as the next guy does. I'll never reside in Cleveland again but i will always call it my home. Think bout it people. Shit makes sense.

Aw, you're so cute for trying!!! I won't address the obvious fallacies in this post, but before you say negative things about someone, get your facts straight! The crime did not occur in Cleveland. So the 'typical Cleveland PD' won't be handling it, as inept as you may think they are.

Some people did worse to her than he ever could have? So some people did worse than murder?
I don't know either party but its obvious the family and friends acted out of emotion when posting things on social media betworks. social media allows pelple to verbalize what they would formerly internalize. To call them liars, while true, perhaps, has nothing to do with the actual crime or case.
He is not merely being charged with vehicular manslaughter because is it automatic. A lengthy investigatjon wouldnt have been necessary if that were true. he admitted to hitting her in his 911 call. Where did you hear that? Link me. I can't find record of it in news articles. Do you have an inside source?

So what we know right now as of the preliminary hearing is that almost everyone going on the Justice for Shelby facebook page was clueless or an out right liar. Some people lied and done worse to her than he ever could have. He is going to be found guilty of vehicular manslaughter not because he tried to hurt her but because it is an automatic charge. Both families have been hurt here.

The few times they have dealt with homicide?...pretty sure they have dealt with it more than a few time. Unless you were referring to per year, which is accurate because this is a safe town. Regardless, what evidence do you have which makes you so sure they mess things up?
Where did you get your information that when crimes occur the perp is never found nor are they doing time? If this is true you should contact their supervisors to file a formal complaint, complete with valid evidence. And if you know someone with a warrant or such is out on the street, do your civic duty and report them.

Danny, if you are going to throw out a loaded statement like that, shouldn't you at least attempt to back it up? You're doing nothing but being a troll.

She was accidentally hit by multiple automobiles and died from said injuries. That is what the highway patrol investigators said.

The only loaded statement is one saying that she was murdered when all the facts say otherwise. No matter what a beautiful life was lost. Making up how doesn't make it better, it makes it worse.

Carter reported via Facebook that the coroner had ruled the death a homicide:“MHP stated her boyfriend struck Shelby first with his vehicle causing her to be thrown onto highway 61 and hit by two motorists who did stop and called the sheriff's department.”

The Coroner has as much medical and investigative knowledge as the clerks at Wild Bills. He actually screwed up, he didn't send the body off he just made a decision that law enforcement in charge of the investigation didn't agree with. Please give knowledge a try, it will help you when seeking the truth. That will put you in a better spot than the coroner. Actually read what the MHP said. She was already in the highway when he hit her. Have a nice day and try again. I am not going into this in anymore dept but I can tell that most are basing their opinion on rumors and articles, not the actual data. That is your right and there isn't a law against you being wrong. Once you have been told that you are wrong and don't correct it then you liable. Have a nice day.
