How did a Clarksdale Police Department K-9 officer and his wife end up arrested on distribution of methamphetmine charges.

He is trash and she is on parole for a prior drug conviction...SIMPLE. I think it is hilarious. There is an old saying that what goes around comes around and he is finally getting just what he deserves. What is sad is that his mother had to be called to come get their child from their trailer when all this happened because they were cooking this toxic highly explosive junk with their kid in the house... how sad. But a better question to pose is how he was stealing evidence from prior drug busts and using it.. two felony charges against each its conspiracy to possess and conspiracy to manufacture... not distribution as previously stated. She will definitely serve time due to her prior convictions...and with him being a police officer we can only hope that he gets exactly what he deserves...

I just have a couple of questions... How do you know that he was stealing drugs and how do you know that they were cooking it with their child in the house? Were you there? Did you see it and not tell someone or report it to anybody? If so you are just as wrong as them because obviously you seem to know a lot about it or are you just repeating what you heard or saying what you want everyone to think happened? Don't get me wrong, I am NOT taking up for them. What they did was wrong and they should be punnished for it. The only person we should be concerned with/about is the son. He is the one who has to pay for both of them being stupid!!!

Actually I am quite close to both of their families. I dont think that their own families would make up something that pathetic about their children... do you? I notice that you deny the information. Is that because it is accurate and you are only responding to say something? So let me respond to you I know he was stealing the evidence (from the evidence room at work) because his wife (Maura) was trying to call around and get replacement "material" so he could cover his a**.(oh and before you ask no she wasnt calling me but we all know shady characters that are somehow affiliated with people we may know)! Secondly, a very close family member (closer than a cousin) said that Will and David's mother was called to come get the child from the trailer before police detained the two of them.(Now I am making the assumption that the PD didnt call over to a slumber party and ask for the child to be returned in order for him to see his parents being arrested and then call Wills mom).... You are correct that as family you should be concerned with/about their son(s) she has more than one.... Stupid maybe... But I think its a little furhter than a stupid little mistake as she has a long history of a drug problem and prior arrests and... he deserves everything he gets... He was not in a position professionally to be "stupid" unfortunately we all know this is not his first "stupid" mistake.... so anymore questions, feel free...

you need to go back and ready my post again. I DID NOT DENY ANYTHING SO GET YOUR SHIT STRAIGHT. What I said was... I AM NOT TAKING UP FOR THEM....WHAT THEY DID WAS WRONG...AND THEY SHOULD BE PUNNISHED!!!! I do not feel sorry for either one of them. What i was saying is that you seem to know a lot about the situation and I was wondering where you got it from. I have not see either of them in seven months, I have never been to thier house so I can't say that I know for sure that they were or were not cooking this crap in their house with their son there!!! Ha looks like I hit a little nerve. But what is funny is that we are actually saying quite the same thing... if you read my original quote... it stated how sad it was (and dangerous) that the child was in the home while they were cooking this stuff. Secondly, I never proclaimed to be a "friend" as you called me... I am close to family members (on both sides)not these two individuals... I do however know both of them and their histories...
Also I am sure that you read the correction under the post that clearly states *didnt deny* so get your shit straight.
Next, I did not bring your aunt into this, this would be the handy work of her son and daughter in law. Now I would suggest, since you are family and still unsure if their child was at home at the time simply call your "aunt" and find out the same thing I did.
Ok now on to the personal attack... No I didnt respond because I wanted to "feel important" I responded because this is a public news forum that allows people to discuss the "news"! I didnt start the thread, I commented on it... If they didnt want to be on here they should obide by the laws that the "police officer" upheld for the community (ha ha). They are not the first nor last people that have broken the law that will be commented about on Topix (by me or others). I have a vested interest in community news and goings on since I am a member of the community. As I am sure you are aware, this drug is highly flammable and produces toxic fumes when being prepared and therefore they endangered more than themselves (and son) they endangered members (and children) of their community.
Now to address where I "heard" this information, I will state again that I am close with both Maura and Wills families but if you are asking me to name which realtive(s) I am talking about... thats absurd.. I would not put their names on a public forum and humiliate them as bad as their own children have.
Also, I never proclaimed to know everything... just what I am talking about or I wouldnt post it on here.. and as far as selling drugs to them... ha ha thats laughable.. if I were selling it to them there wouldnt be a need for them to be "manufacturing" it in their home now would it? And buying... again not hardly. I have seen the affects of substance abuse and dont try to acheive that lifestyle...
