What is wrong with your county legal process, White Co.?
A man can tie a horse up and refuse to feed it until it dies - and he is only charged with an ORDINANCE and that is then dismissed in court by the magistrate judge????
Did anyone see the photos of this horse before it died?
All you can see are ribs and hip.
"Someone" needs to be charging that man with
Cruelty To Animals.

I know this case very well. There is something terribly wrong with the Dept of Ag and law enforcement in Georgia, in relation to animal welfare laws. This is the tip of the iceberg. If you truly care about animal welfare, please educate yourself on the candidates in the upcoming election. Vote NO to Nathan Deal (in favor of horse slaughter) and Paul Broun Jr (would not vote against 'crush' videos).
