Rumor has it that the dealership was using funds from new car customer payments to fund their business. This money was not being allocated to Chrysler for the pay down on the vehicles. The gig was up when surprised, current paying customers were getting their cars reposessed. When Chrysler got wind of this, they promptly shut the dealership down! Of course, this has all been hushed.
