Zoning, not necessarily a bad thing

Though some feel that Government has too much control, sometimes it is a good idea to let them set some rules down for the betterment of our communities. We are a nation of the rules of law.
For those that are worried about the new Septic location, had there been some zoning in place, that might not have even taken place (of course, there are always exceptions and variances).
