ZZY Newnan, GA	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Jan 15, 2013 I wanted to write this comment about the apartment complex I used to reside in to let the people know about the management and the business dealings. I lived at Southern Villas. The management they have their (at the time I lived their) are less than professional. One of the ladies that work there have no managerial skills, they talk down to the residents, and treat them like they are second class citizens. Yes, this is Section 8/USDA housing, but some of us were living there until we could purchase a home. Some of the people they moved into the apartment complex are known drug dealers (Hey Newnan PD, you need to watch these places for drug deals). They have a yearly USDA inspection and the manager is friends with the inspector so the owners of these complexes can get the "extra" funding from the US government, but do nothing to repair these apartments. If you ask for a copy of your lease, they refuse to give it to you. I only had to deal with this management for a few months before I moved out, but that is the best decision I ever made.
