Once again, you don't understand the law. On NBC Catch a Predator, the persons caught have actually entered the home of the supposed underage victim. Mr. Shuster was pulled over on a public street, failing to reach any confirmed address. Again, the investigators must PROVE INTENT, not simply PRESUME, he was actually going to this house. It's not what may have appeared to be the obvious, it's only what the facts in the case can be proven. No doubt he will receive a reduced sentence, as a colleague of mine in Lakelound County has confirmed with me already.
