He was a very good, hardworking man. I remember having many long religous discussions with him. He even officiated at one of my many failed marriages. I attended his church as a small child, through to my teens. Clendenin has lost a fine man. Sympathy To The Family.

Don Blackwell , a true man of god I have known don my whole life. Don walked in the light of the lord, he truely loved everyone.
I never heard don speak a I'll word about
anyone. Don always let his light shine for others to see Jesus in him and everything
Don was truely a man after gods heart, he always uplifhted the name of Jesus every
where he went letting people know there is
a god and his name is Jesus Christ and he will save you and show you a better way to live. Praise god, thank you Jesus for don who helped many lost souls find their way to you.
Don has run his course and now with Jesus
forever and ever and I am sure don has a smile on his face.
Don you willed be missed by many, but one day I will see you again.
My prayers go out to the family and reamer

The world lost an amazing man, but now he is in Heaven with the person he taught people about for most of his life. Heaven is lucky to have Donald Blackwell.
Sunshine- I feel the same way as you do. Praise God because Don was an incredible person who's passion was to tell people about the only one that can promise them eternity. Thank you God for allowing Don to be a part of my life.

Don was a very good man and has been for as long as I have known him. He is also my great uncle. I always enjoyed going down to his house to see him. He was one of the most biblically smart people that God ever blessed this planet with and devoted his life to preaching God's Word, being a mentor, a friend, and a light to which others around him could look to for an example of how to live their own lives. He was also a very active man in his younger years. I can remember by grandpa talking of Don running up a wall far enough to do a flip and land on his feet. After returning from the Korean War he walked into the house and up the stairs on his hands. His memory will forever be in my heart. Now its time that he recieved his reward! "Well done thy good and faithful servent..." Matthew 25 He will forever be missed.

I listed the wrong war. Lol. Sorry. It should've been WW 2.
