Does anybody know him? If so what can you tell me about him? Can he be trusted? Is he married? Any info would be appreciated.

Jake Justice never finished the job, although we paid him more than contract price. Lied to building inspector, substituted products, did horrible work that now has to be torn out and fixed in order to pass inspection. We dealt with his lies for 6 months for a simple room addition and paid him extra since he blew his money on something that he shouldn't. Do not ever deal with him. Lied about insurance, paying his help and having a valid driver's license. Horrible! Beware! Spread the word so he doesn't have the chance to rip anyone else off!

I dont know how he gets any jobs. From what Ive heard about him he doesnt ever do the job correct or even finish it. That boy Charles that drives him around all the time is who I feel sorry for. Jake uses him and keeps him out all day and then lies and says he didnt get paid. I dont know why he still puts up with Jake, but if any of you have come into contact with Jake you know first hand just how good he can talk.

Det. Skimel. You should try the court calendar page for Davidson County. Jake Justice has 2 felony charges for drug trafficking and other charges for DWLR,street racing, etc. Good luck. He's a crook and should be locked up for repeat offenses through the years.

[One of his rip-off cases]

Jake was hired 1.5 yrs ago to do ~4,000.00 worth of work. As said by everyone else, he showed up to work only after constant harrassment, never finished the job, and did mediocre work on what was finished. I filed a BBB complaint and posted on every site I could---including the service magic pro website that recommended him. Service Magic was great to work with; they tried to mediate, but Jake was unresponsive to them as well.
As I was looking for estimates, I came across this site and I hate to see that he hasn't changed or matured one bit.

Well it all has caught up with him. Jake is now in Davidson county jail on a 140,000 bond. I don't think we will be seeing him for a while...see Karma is a bitch.

Thank you, Roxy, for letting us know. As someone who was ripped off to the tune of over $10K, this does help us understand better. We filed a complaint with BBB, contacted Attorney General's office and also Service Magic. Funny how everything checks out until his attitude changes and he "has to have more money." Also explains him threatening my husband one day. And the phone to his ear, while he paced in the yard for hours. It's hard to do drug deals and build a new room, huh?

Would you mind reposting if you hear anything new? He needs an intervention - in jail - and I sure hope he gets it soon!

Jake plead and got a 2 year sentence. He went through heavy withdrawals and had it real bad. His wife and Mom both refused to bond him out ...they felt like jail would save his life. Truth is it just might.

I thought that was you. Wasn't sure though. I guess you have heard about what's going on in my life right now. Its bad. I just don't know what to do. He's calling me and begging me to help but there's nothing I can do right now. I wished you'd call me. Yes, Jake is in jail. Time will tell how the outcome of this will be. Hopefully this will make him a changed person. After all these years it has caught up with him. Maybe this will make him see what he has done and all of the real important things that he has missed out on.

This SOB signed statements on my husband and had drug trafficking charges, posession charges, larceny from other counties, fraud charges from other counties and all he got was 2 years, but my husband has to spend 3...something is right....oh thats right...being a snitch went well for him right...

You people need to not every talk about jake ever again. He does great work and does pay his employees. i used to be an employee of his and he did excelent work, it was his other employees who did the horrible jobs. When he trusted the other workers they didnt do as they was suppose to do. He is a good man and always will be. Dont judge him before you have met him. You people think he is trash but i know for a fact that he is not. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for thinking that way. Yes he did do some wrong and is pulling time but he is a much better person than most people in the area. He wouldnt have had to be a scam if his wife would have got a job to help support their children.
