I wonder if these people in Turnersville also own the Cherry Hill Triplex? This is also a dealership you want to avoid at all costs. The only auto dealerships on this area of Route 70 in Cherry Hill that engage in honest business practices are Volvo and Mercedes-Benz. All of the rest of them including the new Cherry Hill Subaru, are all liars, thievs and un-ethical bastards who will steal your money and stick you with a lemon-of-a-deal in a heartbeat.

Turnersville Chev Hummer Cadi has sold me 4 vehicles and I have sent 5 family members to them. Joe Martin is the manager that helped me and always treats me with the respect a customer should receive. I always have a good experience and consider myself completely satisfied with my purchase as well as any service issues. I don't want the run around like I experienced at other dealers. They have an awesome facility and happy employees. Thank you for your honesty. It is rare today.

Wilder wrote: I recently experienced one of the worst car buying experiences at the Turnersville Auto Complex in Turnersville, NJ, located on the Black Horse Pike, just across from Walmart. I was hoping to hear of others' car buying experiences with the Turnersville Auto Group. By far, this dealership is the worst, I mean by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Such ethical practices of the management are disgraceful for any corporation! Being that I am a fair man, I will give the dealership time to correct these mistakes before getting into detail about my experience. Such things should never happen with a professional corporation. The stakeholders need to be made aware of these unethical practices taking place at their dealerships. I wonder if the Penske family (majority shareholders) realize that there are such unethical business practices taking place within one of their flagship organizations? I am hoping to hear some consumer experiences from some of you. I am hoping to gather such information for the corporate stakeholders of this organization in efforts to prevent further consumer issues as well as to help these dealerships improve customer service as well as courtesy within the complex. whoever you are you must be one impossible person to work with. i had 5 auto dealings with turnersville and without question they are the best most knowledgable people in the auto business.

Bought a used car from them about 3 years ago and got everything setteled that day ,trade , payment arrangements , etc . Planned to pick up the car the next day . That night my wife looked the car up on there website and found it priced $1000 less than the lot price . We printed the ad and took it to the dealer the next day . When we were about done with the paperwork we showed them the ad . They were not exactly thrilled to death but they did honor the lower price and we saved an additional $1000 . Car has been great no problems at all .
