Has anyone heard anything about the status of the appeals for tearing down these complexes? I live in Arborwood and I hate it! It is so dangerous! however, if you dont do drugs and you stay to yourself and mind your own business, nobody bothers you. As for the new management company, Mattison Raymond Group, they SUCK big time! They arent doing anything to clean this place up! If anyone knows the status of the redevelopment plans, please let me know! I cant afford to move, and if they tear them down, i will be THRILLED because then I can finally get the hell out of here!!

i live in coachman in da front...lindenwold is now officially da hood n da tha ghetto...murders..drugs..crack heads..dope everywhere prositutes..its only the strip of gibbsboro road where aborwood.coachamn..scandia greentree..green tree where the mexicans run everything ..yall gotta live here to know that this lil country city is in trouble because its falling into the slums its where its not safe to be in lindenwold if you dont know nobody who lives there..gun shots all da time robberies cop ridin around two deep all time cops dun even care bout ppl smokin weed in da streets anymore they are worried bout the crack n cocaine and herion dealers thats tearin lindenwold apart

I'm not sure if you actually LIVE in the Arborwoods, Michelle, because if you did, you'd notice that quite a lot has been done. When I look out my window I see guys picking up trash every day that has been dumped on the sidewalk, not in the dumpsters, by other residents. All the leaves were removed and fallen limbs, along with the trash. The management company you think sucks has done more than the previous company, CMSI, who just took our fees and sat on their butts. There is a new roof on one of the buildings, graffiti is removed immediately, a hole in one of the building walls has been repaired... I've noticed some BIG changes.

The biggest change is that the landlords are being held more accountable for their properties... so it seems to me that the only folks who would be THAT unhappy with the new management company are those who haven't paid their association fees, have overcrowding in their units, or just want to continue being slumlords. Get the slumlords out, and the place will clean itself up.

You might want to ask Mayor DeLuca why he's spending your taxpayer dollars sitting around IN Arborwood watching the roofers instead of telling his cops and code enforcement NOT TO DO their jobs in Arborwood. But from everything you've said, you sound like the Mayor's propagandist. I choose to keep my eyes open, and occasionally complain to the State Police who will eventually figure out that Lindenwold government needs investigating.

I moved into The Pines almost a year ago in Lindenwold. I think less than two months after I moved in, somebody broke into my car. The police told me, Welcome to Lindenwold! Less than a month after that I had somebody watching me through my windows and had put a note through my door. They told me that they spoke to the woman and that it was a mistake, even though I saw who put the note in and it was a man.... Other than that I haven't had much problems, but I do have to say that the policing they have in this town is a disgrace.
