A child has a right to a good education. If the officals cannot provide them a good education in thier town, they should be able to go where they need.
The only way anything gets done in school system, is by rattling cages. One bad student disrupts an entire class. We have to stop enabling children and start to crack down on bad behavior. The ways of the last 15 years haven't worked.
We need to stop explaining bad behavior. If we don't give them consenquences now, we will be spending alot of time and money giving it to them in jail. This comes not from any book, this comes from hands on experence.
