Well Cleburne is building a new multi million dollar Adult probation building next to the court house. That should tell people something about what's important to the elected officials in the courthouse. Their goal is not to prevent crime... Or rehabilitate anyone. It is to put people as many people on probation as they can bc that is what brings in the $. They'd rather give a violent criminal probation than prison so Johnson county will get all the $.
