A Florida judge has sentenced Hulk Hogan 's son to eight months in jail for critically injuring a friend during a street race.

Sorry to say this doesn't seem fair after all what is a few months in jail, and what jail is he in? This is not the first time Nick has been in trouble for driving recklessly so obviously he has thought himself above the law, as hard as it is on his parents at least they have him alive and well, they can still talk to him everyday and he can answer back what about his poor friend and his parents? What happened to three strikes your out, and will he really not drive for 5 years, I doubt it. He is getting off to easy and putting the general innocent people driving our roads in danger if he were not the
son of Hulk Hogan would the sentence have been the same?

We need to make an example of more people who engage in reckless behaviors.Of course it is very sad that this young man must now live with this the rest of his life, but he also needs to be accountable; as we all do.

More young people need to understand the impact of their actions not only on themselves but on others as well.

I saw the family of the injured boy on TV. The father said that no one from the Hogan family had even visited the hospital,and showed no remorse what-so-ever.

Accidents do happen, but when they do, you need to act like a man and at least try to make things better.

This spoiled punk should be jailed for more than 8 months. He needs time to think about how he can be a man.

He should have been ordered to pay for the lifetime care of his passenger. Jail will not restore this persons health.

I just imagine he will get a private cell just like the other rich jackasses get. I'm not surprised he only got 8 months and like the others have said most likely will only serve half. Rich kids and adults get the breaks that the others of us don't. I've seen ordinary people get more time for petty stealing. Why? Because money and having a name can get you anything, even a reduced prison/jail term. However it won't really teach the person a lesson, they will go back out and do it again only most likely the person involved in the accident will be killed.
I'm so sick of the Hogan's or whatever their last name is. This divorce is a joke, he put all the money they have in her account, she filed so it won't be touched. Hopefully the family of the injured boy will sue both parents since their son will have a lifetime of suffering.

Parents who are reading this, please pay attention to your children and don't praise them for stupid behavior. You can't be a friend and a parent. Oh, remember when the dad on the reality show was given a father of the year award, and had the nerve to thank Linda for teaching him to to be a parent instead of a freind??? Yeah right.
