she's still there too. I almost walked out the other day. If its not her then she was replaced with someone just like her.

NAPA does have rude people. They usually just grunt when waiting on you, that's if they're not too busy talking to each other about stupid stuff.

Sheetz people are rude. I like the Napa employees though. They're always very nice, down to earth people with me. There's only one that isn't but I just don't go to him. And the girl there doesn't really know anything about cars but she's pretty hot so it works for them.

Carns when they were out on Nelson Road had some pretty rude people working. Don't know about their new location because I never went back.

Shugarts tried to charge me over $100 once to ship a package they claimed was oversized or something. I called UPS directly and it wound up being $36.00.

Bald guy at Jims where the fishing stuff is. Never went back there either.

Always get good service at Zalnos, CNB, Satterlee, Mabels, Sweet Art, Clearfield Pharmacy.

I've never heard of Sweet Art. What is it, and where is it located?

Its called The Sweet Art Bakery. Its located across the street from the clearfield pharmacy downtown where the old Dollar General used to be. She has all sorts of cakes, bagels, pastrys. All that kind of stuff and i just seen on her web page that they are adding Flatbread sandwhichs. Very nice people down there and amazing food. I'd go check it out

Never had a problem NAPA or Sheetz. Sheetz employees are over worked and under paid. I am amazed they are not rude, like Mean Jean that used to work downtown, when it was opened.

As for Sheetz, yeah, don't hate the players, hate the game.

If you think you can do the 'behind the counter' dance like they do and still act rosey-cheeked fresh with chirpy perking smile on your face, then you're a bot.

My guess is rude is being substituted in this discussion for irritation from customers that had to wait past 5 minutes for a sandwich or the coffee bin was dry.

You know, those customers who expects that busy employee to drop everything just for them. You other 20 people need to wait while *I* get a smiley employee to fill the cream machine, make coffee and take the fvcking pickles off my foot long double meat, double cheese hoagie.

Generally, my 'rude' experiences in a Sheetz is about 10,000 to 1 that its the customer annoying me and not the employees.

I understand that sometimes they are busy..as well as sheetz and other places in town, but put on a freaking smile and at least pretend that you like your job. If it wasn't for the customers, they wouldn't have a job.

Some one else wrote something on here along the lines of "customers expecting the busy employee to drop everything they are doing and wait on them" WTF..it's called customer service..yes I expect them to drop what they are doing and wait on me! I do it at my job!

It's treated like a job were there isn't any customers and we just go in there to 'bother' the employees. Not all of the employees are like that but a good percentage of them are.

Btw..what the crap is up with the people at sheetz working in the kitchen NOT USING GLOVES. I stood there and watched a girl pulling food out and preparing it with no gloves. YUM.
