And apparently she doesn't want you to know about it because her mommy had the first blog erased.
If enough people report it, it will be erased. I've already reported this one and I am sure others will do the same. This episode happened years ago and it has nothing to do with her today. Sounds like she mu7st have shot you down and you're piised off and acting like a fucking crybaby.

These people that have blogs erased make you wonder what exactly they are trying to hide.
How about you let us know who you really are and we can post something about you? Put your reputation where your fat mouth is.

I love it when people post using a fake name, asking another to post their real name. Maybe if you post your real name, you will get a result. Until then, go away.
I love it when fucktards like you bring this up. The problem with your post is that I am not on here gossiping about someone, dumbass.

She has a Masters of Education in Teaching and Curriculum while all you have is an Access card. Sounds like she has done something besides sit on the computer all day like you douchebags.

No, you are namecalling and using bad language, which is much better than gossiping. You don't like it, go sit at the kids table. This isn't gossip, it actually happened.
And? You haven't done anything wrong in your life?

For a couple of dollars and a computer (aka Phoenix Online) anyone can get a Masters of Education in Teaching and Curriculum.
That would leave you out since they don't take the Access card, speculum licker.

Sure, but when my stomach was pumped for alcohol poisoning, the cops were called and I was charged with underage drinking.
I bet that isn't all they pumped out of your stomach.

The 9/11 terroist attacks happened years ago, does that mean we should forget about that too? Looks like someone struck a nerve.
That's a pretty lousy comparison. I'm pretty sure someone drinking excessively one evening is pretty incomparable to the most massive singular act of genocide to ever occur on American soil. Find a better argument because this one holds no weight, and anyone with half a brain will dismiss it on rational instinct alone.

Seriously, you people are pathetic. I refuse to believe any of you attacking Ms. Troxell never drank when you were underage, or went overboard on at least one occasion. Why you continue to dredge this up is mind-boggling. The difference between most of you and her is she was caught. Projecting your own failures and inadequacies on someone you probably never met is downright contemptible. Especially a person that, by many accounts, excels at their job.

Then again, given the demographic I'm speaking to, you probably think someone like Glenn Beck is a great American citizen, conveniently forgetting his own drug/alcohol issues in the past.

I agreed with 100% of your post until the last paragraph. Glenn Beck often (very often, as a matter of fact) talks about his alcohol/drug addiction on his radio broadcasts. And he doesn’t blame anyone but himself for it. He was a Marine and donates a lot of money to charities that help our military and veterans. Is he a great American? Well I can think of a lot worse.

Granted. I should clarify that my aim was just to point out the double standard I'm sure you'll find prevalent in an environment like this. How one local person can make a mistake and be demonized well into their adult life, even while trying to make a positive difference in their community, while another figure can have a long and torrid history and have their transgressions easily forgotten.

I agree. I don’t know the teacher mentioned personally, but the author of this thread obviously has a personal vendetta against her. And it’s a shame because this apparently happened when she was young but it will now, no doubt, affect relationships with some of her students one way or another. I am all for technology and the freedom of speech but a line should be drawn because this is flat out slander.

Slander is the oral communication of false statements that are harmful to a person's reputation. If the statements are proven to be true, it is a complete defense to a charge of slander. Oral opinions that don't contain statements of fact don't constitute slander. Slander is an act of communication that causes someone to be shamed, ridiculed, held in contempt, lowered in the estimation of the community, or to lose employment status or earnings or otherwise suffer a damaged reputation. Slander is a subcategory of defamation.
The information posted about this individual is true. Are we going to expand the legal definition of slander to include true information?
When did the lawyers get involved? What info! Most likely an old boyfriend that either punched doors/walls at this girls apartment or walked into her parents house in the middle of the night when she lived at home started this thread. Who else would have known? Or maybe some of their friends they told stories to?

So you're willing to go to court to defend yourself? I doubt you would because it would make your identity known and I know cowards are afraid of being found out.

Ha Ha, you're comparing some statements on Topix to what was mentioned in the law suit.

You can sue anyone's a$$ for anything today. The question is, are you willing to spend your money to sue someone that probably owns nothing that you could recoup your investment?

Another thing to consider is what have you posted on Topix or another site that could come back and bite you in the a$$?

When you sue you will need to prove what actual damages the poster done to you. This is not as easy as it may seem.

If anyone on here was to sue please keep us Topix posters informed. I would like to see who the cry baby is and how much they collect from the mean old posters on here.

She's over 21 and allowed to drink. She had too much. Who cares? It would be different if she got behind the wheel and wrecked and hurt someone. 90% of Americans drink. 5% lie about it, and 5% wish they did
