She lives there now however she needs to move to something without as many steps. I have helped her find places before but CLFD seems to have more than its fair share of crappy landlords. Can anyone point me in the right direction OR advise me about certain undesirables?? THanks!

You might check into that if it would be suitable for her. Graystone is very nice and there are apts on West Side near the bowling alley that are for retired seniors as well.
