Dear Lisa Redden -
Several years ago, my son got caught at a camp drinking party. The police charged him with underage consumption. You were assigned as his probation officer. He did his time, even though you at times made it difficult for him and our family. My son goes to school with your son.
Two weekends ago, your son was caught at a drinking party. My son goes to school with your son. I'm not going to mention your son by name, because I don't think it's fair to mention kid's names on here. However, I will mention your name as the former juvenile probation director.
Lisa, I don't think it's fair that our boys committed the same crime, and both got caught, yet my son was punished and yours wasn't. Just because you served as the juvenile probation director for a time doesn't make your family better than mine. I'm calling on you to do the right thing Lisa, and come forward and teach your son the same lesson that you were teaching mine. What kind of message are you sending by covering this up?
The word at school today is that your son already has the best lawyer in town. We couldn't afford a lawyer. What my son did was wrong Lisa. But your son did the same thing. I'm asking that you be fair and make this right, or I will call the district attorney, the state police, and the attorney general to make it right.

Seems to me there were a bunch of kids caught at the football game back in the fall for underage drinking in the parking lot. They got 10 days suspension, and weren't even trespassing! BUT, they weren't football players, and they didn't have a "name".

The police are now involved in this case, although it took a little while.

Lisa Redden, well what goes around comes around, doesn't it Lisa? The way you treated those kids all those years, and now your own son is a CRIMINAL. I hear the cover up is already on. Good luck, Lisa, now that I know you're involved in this mess, I will call in every contact I know.

Shirley B. Justice, Mind your own business. What happened happened and its over. If your son got caught by the police then thats his problem. The people who were involved in this incident however were not. I think you should mind your own business. its over get over and stop living in the past. There is nothing you can do now you son has already done his time and is a better person for it. OH! and next time your going to complain about an event atleast get the date right!

Then why was he disciplined by the school, and why have this parents retained a lawyer. Hmmmmmmm.

You people will earn alot more respect in this town if you step up to the plate and take responsibility. No one likes to admit their kids were wrong, let alone they committed a crime. These county officials in law enforcement need to step forward and tell what happened.

sounds like the fhit is finally hitting the shan. People need to go to the next school board meeting and raise a stink as to why school officials did not involve police in this case when it happened and why these children only received suspension.

Sorry parents of juvenile delinquents.. this happened on public property and we will not SHUT UP.

And if your poor little children did nothing wrong then why on earth did the school suspend your sweet little kids anyway???? Still waiting for answers on that one
