I Have Some Questions

Clearfield, PA

#1 Jul 29, 2009
I've been reading through these forums and have a couple questions. I can't believe I'm posting here as I'm sure there are better things to do with my time but there's why is there so much drama going on in a Clearfield forum? Isn't there anything more important to be discussed?

I read about the whole Walker/Shaw stuff from the newspaper and different threads here but what started all of this? It has to go alot further back than the election. Were they enemies in school?

I ask the same about all this Christy/Walker stuff. Do these people even know each other? Where does the animosity come from?

The animosity is an animal that is native to Clearfield. It is a shy and secluded creature, but when poked with the frustration stick it will pop its head out of the little pond yell out, "I am the biggest fish!" then everyone takes sides with who ever they think the biggest fish is, and squabble. Did you know, that Ben Rothlesberger of Pittsburgh Steeler fame has a civil case to be settled in Clearfield? I dont know too much about his case but you should read the commentary, its all Can you believe Shaw did this? and do you know what walker got away with? God I miss Clearfield.

Ben Rothlesberger DOES NOT have a civil case pending in Clearfield County. That subject was all a sarcastic thread posted after the case was filed against him in Nevada. Repeat Ben Rothlesberger DOES NOT have a civil case filed in Clearfield County.

I've been reading these blogs, and I can sincerely say some of the postings have gone too far. I speak in particular of a post made about a family friend of ours, Bill Shaw. The post has since been not been deleted, and I copied and pasted it and printed it because I couldn't believe someone would post something so mean and blatently false. I don't know what the incentive was, or the reason it was posted, but it must stop.

To the people that posted slander throughout this entire website , I have this message: I have made it a point to find out who you are, and I officially ask you to stop such posts immediately. Since you have been formally asked to stop, any future posts containing defaming statements against Shaw will be considered harassment, and I will be taking all of the posts to the police department immediately and I will personally pay for his attorney.

The following is the definition of harassment in Pennsylvania:

Harassment in Pennsylvania is a summary offense which means that an individual convicted of harassment can be fined and given a criminal record. Two types of behaviors are defined as
harassment in Pennsylvania. The first type is called simply harassment and is defined as follows: "A person commits a harassment when, with intent to harass, annoy or alarm another
person, that person either strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects the other person to physical contact, or attempts or threatens to do the same or if a person follows another in or
about a public place or places; or if a person engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which alarm or seriously annoy such other person and would serve no legitimate
purpose."

Your behavior clearly meets the second part of this definition. Therefore, any future posts containing Mr. Shaw's name, or his initials making reference to him, will be met with the appropriate criminal charges.

You are attacking people on this blog and posting false and slanderous information, then you in turn blame others for doing the same thing. In the process, you are dominating an argument and accuse others of interfering in that argument, and are trying to hurt innocent observers. I hope this communication is my last with you.

Kyle Shirey was not arrested for a DUI. I have set back and only read the comments on here, never replying because I have better things to do. After seeing all of the comments posted by Concerned Citizen and then the response from The Truth, I felt the need to speak up. Stop attacking innocent people and making up stories, you keep saying that this is all true and you have proof and it will be presented to the public in commercial form...blah blah blah. He was never arrested for a DUI..ever...so stop with all the bullshit. And please don't reply with a remark about how you think that I am him or his aunt, you are only wasting your time. I know him, the weekend that you accused him of this he wasn't in Clearfield so nice try. And I agree, the next time I see a post in reference to him, I will be taking further action

Nice try, liar. There was NEVER a date posted on here of Kyle Shirey's DUI arrest. Find it if you say so, and clearly identify it.
Kyle Shirey was picked up for DUI, and he has not faced justice because his mommy works for the DA and the charges have mysteriously disappeared.
Officer Fye said you are lying.

I guess saying that she has a stake in the corruption and that she uses meth and coke would be considered defamation. Again, my bad. Sorry.
