Andrew Redden gained unauthorized access to Clearfield High School property during an underage drinking party. Andrew's parents have hired him a lawyer, Ron Collins. If Andrew Redden didn't do anything wrong like his mother claims, then why did they hire a lawyer?

Andrew Redden is this weeks fugitive of the week.

No matter what, a childs name should not be publicized. Children who commit murder are even afforded that. Topix needs to do something about this. If you got a beef with the parents, take it up with them personally you gutless turd.

There are several forums on this blog dedicated to this kids mother, Clearfield County employee Lisa Redden. The behavior of these kids is a direct result of the parents making them believe they are better than everyone else.

Lisa Redden was actually bailing her older son Nick out of jail in the Pittsburgh area the same night Andrew trespassed at the high school. The older son Nick did some things in high school that were criminally chargable, but his mother came to his rescue. So now you have kids that can do anything they want, and get away with it. This is a threat to society.

I understand this but kids still deserve privacy.

I disagree completely. If the little bastard commits a crime, then his/her name SHOULD be published. If they're old enough to know right from wrong, then they're old enough to take responsibility for the crimes they commit. That's the reason we've got so many juveniles being nailed for crime around here. They obviously don't give a tinkers-dang that they're going to have a criminal record.
It's obvious that the threat of legal action is no longer enough to deter children from committing crimes, so maybe the thought that their names will be published and they will be ragged on by their friends for being stupid, will. Plus if the parents are saddled with the "embarrassment" of everyone knowing their child was busted for whatever, it might make the parents actually RAISE their kids instead of letting them run wild through the streets.
Now if the child is a VICTIM of a crime, completely different story. No victim should ever be named.

Bullshit.

The Courier Express publishes the names of minors who commit crimes, as they should.

If minors commit crimes I don't see the need for thier names to be kept secret.
Also I'm pretty sure its not against the law for a minors name to be published.

The problem is that there are a shitload of sick, irrisponsible adults in the area providing kids with alcohol and constantly trying to get into their pants. Whenever a child commits a crime, you better bet your ass there is some low life scum adult behind it. Yet the efforts here are to bash the kid involved and not the sick bastard who gave these kids booze.

Do your research...Nick Redden has never been bailed out of jail in Pittsburgh or anywhere for that matter. Your a threat to society for using bullshit as evidence to make false claims..

Do your research...Parents at Clearfield High School wanted assault charges filed last year over something Nick Redden did to their child. So, who really is the threat to society?

The past is likely to repeat itself if the problem isn't dealt with Nick Redden. Have you strangled another girl lately?

Was that a serious question?..People can learn from their mistakes. You need to pull your head out of your ass and give people the benefit of the doubt. Do you really think that his going to become a serial woman beater?? Lets be serious right now. You probably don't even know Nick.

Yes, it's a serious question Nick. I do give people the benefit of the doubt after one mistake. But Nick, you were in trouble with the law again just a few weeks ago. Twice is a pattern.

Have you strangled another girl lately Nick?

Ok Progress first off, this is not Nick. Second, Nick will be in Clearfield again at the end of April when the school semester ends at Duquesne. If you would like to take these questions up with him I'm sure he would be glad to meet you for a Q&A session at your next available time. I personally would like to know where this information on him getting into trouble with the law came from. It is absolutely not true and needs to be stopped.

Straight from the Redden Camp, and I'm sure they would know. You really do know alot about Nick, don't you?
