Rowan Water does not do it's customers the responsible thing & notify it's customers when a BWA has been issued, the only way I knew of it was because I have family that works at SCR & they WERE notified, why not use the same system that calls each number in Rowan county when school is out or there is a weather emergency -- why should we have to always wonder if our tap water has SH!T in it????
