Back to the MAIN topic? Anyone else have an opinion about THE FOOD? Not these fools arguing over nonsense. Lord Jesus.
I have been there 2 times and was not pleased. They claim that everything is homemade, but the coleslaw, fried chicken, and pinto beans was not. Fried chicken turned out to be frozen tenders. The hamburger bun was dry, and the lettuce was in a big ball. The french fries was great though. You should still give it a try and judge it for yourself.

Well you know it kind of ticks me off that Judy gets FIRST PICK of ANYTHING BEING REDUCED AT KROGER, I was in the back room one day when she came back there and got 20 JARS OF JIF, customers are not allowed to take advantage of the savings because JUDY TAKES IT ALL!!!

We ate there. The food was good and the people were nice.. It takes time to get the food, but worth the wait.

They have been open for about a month. They have fantastic food!!! They are open 7 days a week from 8-9 I think. Try the stuffed mushrooms, they are amaaaaazing!!

Also...they are a family business and both work really hard at their full time jobs on top of the restaurant.

It is a unique little place and I encourage anyone to go check it out.

By the way, I have nothing to do or anything to gain from sharing my opinion on this and am in no way associated with the business. Just tried the food and am an incredibly satisfied customer!!!

david and judys is located on us60 at the bottom of poppy mountain hill. believe they are open 7 days a week. I have ate there at least twice a week since they have opened, they are wonderful people and have worked very hard there whole lives to get where they are today. my opinion is try the ribs they a wonderful!! burgers are great to never had any soppy fries or chicken strips and I have ate them more then once since I have been going there. and they also have daily specials to (home cooked) which is hard to find anymore around here. went there last Saturday night and they had a live band playing very nice. don't know who made my food that night but going to give them two thumbs up and a pat on the back for those ribs they was delicious. so hope this helped you out about your question.

I personally love this place. You can get breakfast anytime ( Biscuits & gravy) The loaded potatoes are great, the burgers-so good, they have great big meaty fries, the onion rings are good, deep fried pickles mmmm, mushrooms-deep fried, the stuffed mushrooms are great too. I guess you could say I like the place, yeah, I would definitely recommend it. Did I mention how good the the price was, very reasonable-great portions. Just what the Haldeman area needed, a really good place to eat that's affordable.

If you would bother looking at the location (not to mention the name), you will see that the post you quoted is not from me. My location is United States and my name starts with a small "y". The obnoxious post you quoted is from a "Yup" with an IP location of Morehead. I have not been to the restaurant, so I cannot comment on the quality of the food.

I like the food there but I have been in there waiting on my food and the owners are always down the cooks throat. I know when there is several people in there and i'm getting a steak its going to take a bit, just thank the owners need to lay off of there employers alittle or they will never have anyone work for them. its not widdys!!!! but I do know the next time I go and I hear that I wont be back. don't thank they relies that the people in the dinning room can hear them, but the people working for them shouldn't be talked to like that cause the food is good I would rather wait a bit and have good for then get my food and it taste bad. but that's my opiniion

Guess you've never ate at Cracker Barrel, Reno's, or even Cutter's when they was open.Because those places easily cost nearly $40 for a family of four.

I'm a family of two and I never spend less than 25 at any good restaurant. You get what you pay for. The burgers at fast food places around here are all over 3 bucks. Hardee's has the six dollar burger for 3.95. All their burgers are precooked, as is Huddle House, and Eagle truck stop.
