I don't think much of a preacher who doesn't preach from the bible. All preachers interpret the bible but at least it comes out of the bible.

On the one and only visits my wife made to that "church", during a discussion with the pastor she told him that she had been a member of a spiritualist church for some time and was adept at "Healing Touch"...Pastor asked her "What God do you serve"...My wife said that there was only one and that she worked within the Holy Spirit and that came from the only God...He walked away in a huff...never went back. Thought it was Pentecostal in nature?

What do you mean doesn't preach from the bible? Idk what bible you read but everything he says comes right out of the king james. People have been taught to believe one way for so long when somebody gets a true revalation of the gospel nobody wants to listen. For some reason people get offended, I've never heard of people getting so mad over what someone was preaching. Oh wait yes I have his name was Jesus and they killed him for preaching different that's why we now have the Jews and Christians because he was preaching about the same god they believed in but they didn't believe him or didn't want to listen to what he had to say maybe if you took some time to study with an open mind you might understand

I was raised in the Assembly OF God Church, so sounds like your wife's and my beliefs coincide in the "Healing Touch" and "Holy Ghost" aspects of most Pentecostal Churches. I also assumed that church to be a Pentecostal or some other type of Full Gospel church. I don't live anywhere near Clayton, so I have never been to that church.
