Today it was reported that David Richter, the president of Hill International, was asked how he received the lucrative contract in Iraq to build 100,000 homes, he replied "It really helps to have the brother of the Vice-President as a partner".
This was reported by a person who attended the private investor's meeting and the brother is none other than James Biden, Joe Biden's younger brother.
Iraq Project is slated to generate 1.5 billion in revenue for Hill International over the next three years.

Oh yeah, THE RICH KEEP GETTING RICHER!
Would that be similar in scope to Halliburton being the # 30 supplier to the USA government until Bush/Cheney (former Haliburton CEO) taking office and immediately shooting to the number 1 supplier to the USA government and Military? I think it might and very good example of the corrupt to the core government by both parties. Except Halliburton made a hell of a lot more in Iraq than 1.5 billion.

It's come down to this. Okies quoting Appalachia. You know Appalachia. That place where a third grade education makes you in the top 10% of educated folks? Where they handle poisonous snakes in their church services? The place where 1 in 8 don't have indoor plumbing and 1 in 3 children go to bed hungry at night?
Way to go. Okies just moved a step down the ladder.
FYI: I don't live in Oklahoma or Appalachia. My post are only for information purposes only. Virginia,West Virginia and Pennslyvania are all important to this national election.

Don't you think relevant information is important? I do.

We are a NET oil exporting Nation. More American Oil leaves this country every month than comes into this country from all other countries combined. WHAT PART ABOUT THAT DO YOU NOT FCKING UNDERSTAND HICK?
We already pump enough oil to be oil independent from the rest of the world if that was anything but a talking point by your party for the stupids like yourself to run to a computer and lie about.
According to YOU we have a GLUT of oil which is driving the price of gasoline down by the day at the moment. No demand to equal supply. SO WHY DO YOU WANT TO TURN THE OIL COMPANIES LOOSE ON OUR NATIONAL PARKS AND PUBLIC LANDS? There is no good reason at this time to be be drilling on public lands. None at all.
The truth is that the oil companies want at public lands to deplete that oil first so when oil supplies around the world start dwindling in a hundred years that THEY hold all the private oil reserves and then the world will see 50.00 a gallon
You air are a god damn IDIOT. You don't understand the first thing about simple politics, business or corruption. NOTHING. I bet you never came close to making 50 grand in a year have you? You're a rednecks pauper talking to high finance and you know nothing about it. Like I said. A god damn idiot.
1. NEVER SAID OIL COMPANIES SHOULD DRILL IN NATIONAL PARKS. So that is a lie.

2. Prices go down when there is a "glut" of any commodity. The reason prices are down on fuel is because of drop in comsumption and a increase in supply the only thing that varies is speculation on a given commodity.

The liar is you.

Can't drill on public lands without a permit. So with 62% less permits then there is LESS DRILLING ON PUBLIC LANDS.
There is an increase on PRIVATE LANDS...exactly what Romney said but your god Obama plainly stated in the last debate that drilling had increased on public lands.
I know you already know this why do you continue to pretend you don't? I suspect dusty does too, okieabroad doesn't know the difference between "moot" and "mute" so I'll give her a ditzy broad pass....

Nope, the oil companies had shown NO intention of drilling on public lands that they were holding permits for that were cancelled. They were sitting on permits they were not using. Obama cancelled some of them. Drilling and production is actually up because Obama has allowed more offshore drilling.

I don't know why you right-wingers try to dig in so stronly on Romney's misrepresentations. Permits down 62%, drilling and production up. Some of permits held by oil companies that they are not using were cancelled. Had NO effect on drillng or production. THEY WERE HOLDING BUT NOT USING THE PERMITS, while begging for more. Obama said okay, here are some new permits but I'm cancelling most of those you won't use.

I think what it is, right-wingers are reluctant to accept that their candidate is dishonest because it says a lot about their support and their own veracity. Yet, time after time they deny the dishonesty when the truth is blatantly clear to anyone with a lick of sense and a couple of drops of honesty.

Anyone with a little bit of computer savvy can instantly determine that drilling and production is up under Obama, even though he has cancelled dormant permits.

But I can understand the dilemma. How do you keep supporting someone who lies and misrepresents the truth as Romney is doing about Obama? Under those circumstances the only way to keep supporting Romney is to be racist.

FYI coal is not necessary to any degree any longer. Natural gas is cheaper, less polluting and more efficient. You only want to keep coal because you are a racist. That about cover it? Any reasonably intelligent person would be in favor of natural gas over coal except for racists and those who make their direct living from coal. BTW I guess you've forgotten the Romney who was anti coal before he was pro coal? You see you have no leg to stand on here except for the racist one. Move along hick.

National parks are public lands. Which you said you want to sell off. How many acres do you suppose you could buy? Oh wait, none, right? You just want to turn over America to the Oil companies. What I can't figure out is why? Unless of course you're just such a redneck cracker racist that you would prefer the Oil companies drilling in Yellowstone and timber cutting down all the giant redwoods before you'd accept a black president? That about cover it?

On the drilling thing. Why should an oil company be allowed to sit on a permit indefinitely without taking any steps toward drilling? It's not a bad thing that Obama cancelled some of those not used permits.

If I get a permit to build a house, I have six-months to get something started or my permit is invalid and I have to reapply. I gotta do something toward building the house within six months, and then I can extend the permit beyond the six-months. Why should it be any different for an oil company permit?

Obama told these companies holding these permits for years and doing nothing with them to drill or lose them.

There is nothing wrong and everything right about cancelling permits that sit idle. If I had the power no private company would drill on public lands. I'd start up the USA oil company and make it a non profit and sell at 5% over cost to the American public and export NONE of it. The 5% profit would go to repay Social Security for the money stolen by govt and once the Boomers were covered the rest would go to the deficit. There are plenty of independents out there that would jump at the chance to make a living wage working for the USA oil company and doing good works. Let the Oil giants drill their own land and waters. They should have to pay their own way for once.

Doesn't change the FACT that on public lands permits were down 62% which your god Obama said wasn't true which means he either doesn't know what the F he's talking about or he's lying to the American public because he wants us to vote like IGNORANT BLIND FOOLS like we did the first time. Our hatred of Bush so big we didn't care to really look at Obama for what he is we were just going to make the repubs pay for Bush's war. All we did was hurt ourselves and our families and put America in a terrible position financially and further made our homeland less safe.

Things aren't better that's pure bullshit. Things aren't better in your state of California. You are facing billions of losses in crops, Prop 37 if passed will kill your california farmers. I think next year is heading for a crash with all the taxes which are going to be raised on everyone and that includes the middle class.
