Cape Vincent inmate accused of possessing synthetic pot
Inmate James Cortu, 26, was charged by state police on Thursday night with first-degree prison contraband and violating state public law after synthetic pot was recently found on a chair in the visitors' room at Cape Vincent Correctional Facility.

Wow a different inmate? Cape vincent correctional facility is corrupt! Having power over someone doesn't mean you abuse it. Disgusting
