What is taking so long to distribute and administer this vaccine. Who's responsible for ths mess, what's the hold-up? They've had a year to prepare for this! This is a real shame, a national shame...

This is terrible, the authorities have had over a year to prepare for this, now the flu season is here and we still don't have the vaccine. Who's dropping the ball? Why isn't the news media asking these questions; where, why, who's resposible, etc. The news media is failing us too, are they afraid to ask these questions?
