I just want to say thanks to whoever it was that left me a $200.00 tip. They left a note saying they heard about me on the forum and had an anonymous "customer" drop the tip for them. I don't recall seeing this person in the restaurant before. Thanks again, who says the economy is on the skids?, my tips are up 35% over this time last year, even before this generous tip.

Congratulations!
You deserve it, and more!
Sadly I must say that about 20% is what I tip and thats not even close to the wonderful gratuity you were blessed with.
Hope to be seeing you on a Taco Tuesday soon.
Keep on smiling.

I missed reading this thread!
One thing is for sure, it wasn't V.I. or myself!
But it is well deserved, although at times you can be a bit "edgy" but that's just part of your everlasting charm, hope to be back to see you and the gang soon.

Where were you at breakfast this morning?
I hope not back on the warpath, pun intended.
It's good to be back home in the Village.

For the well educated Mike.
Septic tanks have been eliminated, pun intended, many moons ago from Claycomo.
Plutostoufer told me he lives under the bridge down on Poe and is doing quite well since his previous dwelling was mysteriously seen flying over "upper scale" Gracemor looking for you.

Sorry, not a Gracemore resident, try Briarcliff! Of course I don't expect any low life from a "village" to know where that is. Go back to your little trailer, drink a horrible beer, and watch reruns of Red Neck comedy hour with "Sgt. King"! I will continue to relax in my 4,500 sq. ft. home. See what an education can get you, get out of Claycomo and apply yourself, mabe you can get a double wide someday, huh!

Excellent post. I was just over at the Garney's home in Briarcliff last Tuesday with my friend Jim Chappell. Of course their home makes my 2,700 sq.ft. home and your 4,500 sq. ft, home look like a bungalow in comparison. Charles and I are about the same age and share an affinity for walking. He has created quite a development up there, Briarcliff Village, and although we don't share the same interest in academics, we do possess kindred spirits in politics and architecture.

Architecture? Oh, why did you not say so? It is all clear to me now, I totally understand why you live in Claycomo, for the clientele!!! You build trailors!!!

Mike you are a spelling genius!
Mabe?
trailors?(you did get it correct a couple of times though!)
Gracemore?
You might want to attend an adult English class, especially if you went to public school. If you attended private school, there is probably no hope in correcting your problem.

I attended Blue Valley North High school in Leawood. Where did you go if I may ask? Mabe before you judge someone else you should look at your own faults. I do not live in Gracemoore nor do I care how the trashy town spells it's name!

Very well put, I previously was employed as a proofreader for the Jounal of American Medicine after I completed my doctrate in epidemiology in Berkeley. It is only my opinion that higher education in this present era is more of a social function than an asset intellectually. Thank you Messr. Skull for your input, a very refreshing breath of fresha air indeed.

Well, aren't you the lucky, spoiled, unenlightened soul! Apparently you missed the most important part of your education (outside of spelling), which was being civil to your fellow man! Some of us actually had to work to get our college education, by the way. I am proud of that and it has served me well my entire life.

Ms_Taco_Wanda... On your profile you reference the 1966 Oak Park Yearbook. The first graduating class of Oak Park. I happen to have a copy of that yearbook. What page should I look at to find you?

I'll tell you that I'm on the page before Eddie Lance, but that is as far as I'll go. I am guessing you'll be looking for "Wanda" which is not the name I went by back then. Is your sister Donna?
