The owner/ vice president of certified environmental services worked at calocerinos and spina engineering before ces and her last name is Barbara Calocerinos DucheneC7, she is the niece of Mike Calocerinos owner of the engineering company. I wonder why the engineering company that also does construction and other jobs related in the engineering process for buildings, water lines, etc. I'm sure there were jobs thrown there way in conjuction with the lab work that ces does with asbestos.C&S is one of the biggest engineering company that receives the majority of construction jobs in the syracuse area. The most recent was the no bid contract for the airport project.
