How many parents or adults can honestly say they have NEVER had 1 BEER or alchol beverage and not drove with another person (adult or minor) in the vehicle??? This man had a blood alchol level of .05 Not even the legal limit(but they dont tell you that in the papers do they???) No I am not saying, "Oh its ok to have a beer and drive", but stating that this man was no where near intoxicated enough to be charged with things he is being charged. 1 beer or no beer the jeep still would have rolled into the ditch. I have never personally met him but I do live in Vernonia and know people who do know him and work for him and I have never heard one bad thing about this man. I will pray for him and his family and hope things get better for him and everyone this has affected
