IG: DHS data centers at risk
The Homeland Security Department set up a huge data center on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2006 without considering protections against hurricanes, power outages and perimeter security threats, according to a new report from DHS Inspector General Richard Skinner.

Where are the 25,000 gas tanks? At Herb's Place?

One would assume that they are talking about Herb's Place although I would think that the water tower would be considered a more immediate threat as would the occassional load of coal moving down the tracks to the power plant. Also, I'm sure the site itself now has more than 25,000 gallons of diesel storage for their own back-up generators.
