That's a lawyers line if I ever heard one. tva had to have approved how close the homes were in the first place, while they were being built i assure you they sent someone out,that someone probably had the trees planted,as is standard practice. Whoever cut down the trees is at fault, they should have been trimmed if too high,not removed Don't blame the Realtor , all they do is sell you the house, and take care of your paperwork and keep you from getting sued or ripped off! Chances are if you don't see it then they don't either,and I'm sure the residents and the Realtor were well aware of the power lines when the home was sold. |
