Child Protective Services FINALLY exposed. THANX 32

If you ask me, CPS has it bassackwards. I've seen good parents who get their kids removed and kids staying when the parents are filthy, lazy, druggies and alcoholics. I know a couple who had CPS called on them all the time because every dish in the house was dirty and had rotting food on them and you couldn't walk through the house without stepping on trash and clothes. Bugs crawling everywhere. Bed sheets that were blackened and had pee stains all over them. I could go on and on. Nothing happened to them. They didn't remove the children. They just told them they better clean it up by the next time they pay a visit. Yeah right...it was always a scheduled visit so they knew when to have the house clean. The ones who try to do the right thing by diciplining their children (not beating) are the ones who end up getting into all kinds of crap with CPS and get intimidated by them and say what you can and can't do (in front of the kids). Some of these kids hear this and think it's OK to do whatever because their parents aren't allowed to dicipline them and they push a person to the brink because they know they can and sometimes the parents are abused just for trying to teach their kids right from wrong. Then they grow up thinking they are entitled and everybody owes them something and can't function out in the "real" world. The parents who have wonderful kids are the blessed ones. It's not ALWAYS the parents' fault. The lack of support (social...like family, friends, school, agencies that are designed to help, and moral support). I see a generation of young people who have went astray and it can't possibly be every parent of these kids that are the blame. I believe there are a bunch of factors that are involved. I'm sure there are good CPS workers out there that are taking the brunt also because of the bad ones. There's just too many kids out there that ARE being abused and nothing is being done about it. They need to focus more on them instead of somebody who got reported just because somebody was mad at them and decided to make up crap.

If you know any child welfare workers who would care to participate to 'save the children' while releasing their frustrations about "trashy, irresponsible parents", we have plenty of families with pent up hostility towards CPS workers.
All matches will go three rounds of two minute duration. Gloves and headgear of course, they will be refereed like pro boxing matches.
Email me [e-mail] if your agency or individual workers care to raise money for abused/neglected children.
There should be TONS of workers lining up to do this. I mean they are all about saving kids, right?
What better way to bring awareness about the social ills and child abuse?
People really would pay big money to see such an event.

I hate cps. They take kids out of good homes that are not being abused. Then after the kid has been in foster care the kids end up having marks on their body. cps replies to that by saying oh that is not abuse. i hate cps!!!!!!!!!!

someone calls on a home at 4009 Dover Court Louisville Ky 40216 . I was here and the Lady that is watching the kids just didn't answer the door. when CPS left a friend of hers came in and she was home. WATCH THIS HOME ON THE WEEKENDS 5-11pm Fri-Sat-Sun....... but watch from a driveway. If they see a car on this street watching them they act like the perfect little family...They also continue to park on street and there is NO PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET SIGNS in front of this ladys house....so not only is cps not doing the job the police aren't either . I guess they have a buddy on the force.......... about the lady that runs a daycare out of her home yet has no license. They come in the day time hours all she does is NOT answer the door. THE FACT is they need to send a car to watch this house ON THE WEEKENDS after 5pm They have at least 15 kids here all weekend long . They drink and leave here with these small kids. NO ONE watches them , they run all over this neighborhood. The police were driving through here but they only do it on weekdays.......nothing goes on through the weekdays. They know Metro is proctecting them , wonder why?????????? I know they do not just cook , yeah if so it isnt food. They let these kids run all over the place while they , I mean about 15 adults sit on their a$$ inside the house and don't watch the kids at ALL.someone better do something before a kid gets hurt.

metro stopped at another that was parked in there own yard yet was told to move their car or they would get a ticket. You are allowed to park in your yard, they they drove right past 4009 Dover Court and said nothing to them and they were all the way on the street go figure. several people have tried to report the lady has 10 - 15 kids in her home illegal daycare yet once again all she does is not answer her door . When the kids are not at her home she will let them in. Check this out on the weekends. I thought it was against the law to drive and drink period, but with small kids in the car. wow. If the police don't stop this who will? CPS come around 4-6 pm watch all the kids get picked up them maybe you will catch them WAKE UP. also the police need to come on the weekends and for once give them a ticket for parking on the street, Metro has told others not to park on the street, yet has never ONCE gave them a ticket why is THAT. sounds shady to me also gives our police department a BAD NAME....because toooo many people have seen the police just ride past this house and NOT TICKET them yet told others parked all the way in their yard to move the car or get a Ticket.... our Mayor or someone needs to stop this kind of unfairness . I call it they have a friend on the force..........Wake up head of the police department.......

yes cps tries but people like the ones at 4009 Dover court are not watched at the right times like their wild weekend parties , kids not watched , run around while parents sit in the house doing what ever it is they do ..lol and it isnt cooking food as they said. wake up METRO, CPS, and DRUG department...............

well i will agree. 4009 dover court seems to get away with a great deal and it has been reported to police ,cps ,several other places in Louisville Ky. 40216 at as I said 4009 Dover Court.doe's what they please ...

God be with each child out there that has been taken away from there loving family.Yes a lot of people make mistakes that dosent mean we should have to pay for it the rest of our lives.And these children love there parents and want to be with them.How long do they have to pay for there parents mistake?

cps in bullit county needs to be investigated. How can you take someones children away on a granmothers word. When the grandmother has a prior cps record on her own children. And didn't raise her own kids.She has had mine took away 3 times now. I got so depressed this last time that I have been in trouble many times and I even did drugs I think what is the use. I have got myself off the drugs and I am going to get on my feet again and try to get them back. I know Tresa can call again and they'll come take them again. They took them the first time becaus the hause was dirty and I hadn't lived there for 2 weeks. And let me keep the baby for 2 months then took him because od domestic violence with my husband which I was not even living with. I feel like just giving up. I want my kids so bad.

The same thing happened to a friend of mine because of a child custody case. The wife wanted to keep him from his child anyway possible. CPS harassed him for six months, he even gave his dog away because the wife swore without any evidence to support it that the child had allergies. The agentcy rode him hard but finally had to give up. At last accounting, my friend has spent and gone in debt to the tune of 18,000, just to have rights to his own child. All that time, expense and effort wasted where no evidence of neglect or danger existed to start with. Meanwhile cases loads of neglected kids all the city went unprotected.

I used to work as a CPS investigator in PA and am quite familiar with this corrupt process. No I am in TN and guess what...yes, they have my 13yo. I am fighting for her back. I )one by one) amd contacting ANYONE that will please sign this petition. And pass it on. This is for the state of TN howver you do not need to be in TN to sign. As of today, we are at 301 signatures!

somebody, If you post libelous PINs to any news comment, your post SHOULD be deleted, and an address qualifies as such. If the children are in danger, call 911. If you are merely irritated because many children are running around playing in a neighborhood, keep your nose to yourself.

The government in KY is corrupt because there if too much physical distance between where the majority of tax money originates (Jefferson Co.), and the where the lawmakers HIDE (Frankfort),in comfort. If the statehouse were where we had greater access to and visibility of, those allocating the funds, WOE TO THEM.

Ever wonder why they don't care if services (emergency services, electric grid, traffic) are forty years behind other "big" cities, why when corruption is uncovered, it is pardoned, why NO BID contracts are the norm, etc.?

CPS is but one of many symptoms of this disease.
