Well it appears that once again in their haste to convict some one or anyone, in this case the prosecutors have failed! I followed this case very closely from day one, and not just this time and individual, and have come to the conclusion that they just want a conviction and it does not matter what the evidence is, just convict someone, anyone! Was Dunn guilty? I would think not according to hard physical evidence. Is he guilty because he committed a crime before? I think the prosecutor thought he would be a good person to blame, with his prior history! How silly to try to convict on marginal evidence and the testimony of an unhappy woman who wanted out of a marriage! Easy way to get rid of your husband, blame him for a murder! Wake up Pope County, it's time we get rid of our kangaroo court system and come into modern times with qualified people running investigations and putting people in jail with real evidence!

What if the condom was taken from the dumpster, which wasn't very far from her apartment or Gary Dunn's. It has been moved from thaat location as of a few months ago. The killer could have found it and planted it in her apartment. There are no street lights so how could his wife have seen him from leaving Nona's apartment at 2:00 a.m., and if you look at him and Jones they sort of resemble each other. The only light would have been the outdoor light on the front of her apartment. Makes you wonder.

Sounds like a set up! Always go for the guy with a past!! It makes it easier on the prosecutor that way they won't get mad about how little they get paid!! They can just steam roll over someone to make them look good! Believe me my uncle has done 30 years for a crime he did not do! They have even told him that they know he didn't do it, but thinks he knows who does!! He was convicted because they found his old pack of empty cigarettes a block away! So stay strong maybe the people there will give you a fair hearing!! Nebraska is corrupt!!!!
