he was the doc with my first child. i didn't really dislike him, but he had no bedside manner at all. i was scared, alone and he walks in says my BP is skyrocketing and i'll have to go upstairs and walks out. he didn't explain anything or ask if i was okay. nothing. to me that is not a good thing. dr mccoy and dr wendy lee on the other hand are both awesome !

He has been my doc since he arrived here. We have been through cancer cells in cervix, lumps in breast and I still see him yearly for my exams. I think he is wonderful and he has helped me through many a rough day helping me make the decisions that were best for me. I can't stand the thought of losing him as a Doctor.

Dr. Mccoy was not a good doctor, he did a c-section on me that I didn't need. I didn't know then cause it was my first child but he kept going to his office and sleeping while I was in labor. The nurses was getting everything ready for me to start pushing cause I was dialated to 9 and half and he just walks in and says I have to have a c-section. I also got a staff infection from it which almost killed me and I have to live with a hole in my stomach cause of it. He was rude to me after that and refused to see me. I have never had doctor yochim but other then he has no bed side manners I have heard he is a great O.B.

I agree, no bedside manners. I kept wanting to pass out, and he just says I don't know why. I go to Wendy Lee now, and she is awesome

He definitely has a 'dry' bedside manner but if you had a question to ask, you just ask it. Don't expect him to elaborate if you're not showing any interest in what he's saying. I like 'cut and dry'. Tell me what's wrong and fix it.
I never expected him to sit there and hold my hand and explain every little detail to me. I really like him as a person and as a Dr. and I hate to see him go.

It won't do any good to complain, I ask the women in his office what his patients could do to change their minds & they said the hospital is not making any money, so they have to get rid of one of the OB Drs. They won't get rid of Mark Lee because his dad works in the hospital & they're afraid they'll lose his father's business & Wendy Lee's husband is a Dr. as well, so they're afraid if they get rid of her they'll lose her husband's business, so that leaves Dr. Yochum. I'm sure he'll continue being a Dr. somewhere else, so I'll just follow him where ever he goes.

I go to doctor Yochim. My mother goes to Wendy. She says people gave her the nickname butch.
I wish I had a nickname like that, but I guess there is a reason I don't, better get one soon.
