Man denies making incriminating statements in rape case

The friend of a Clarksburg man convicted in 2002 of raping an elderly woman in her home said that investigators questioned him while he was nearly blacking out on a drug overdose and later falsely represented his statements to a Harrison County grand jury.

He is as much as guilty because he didn't tell them who "really" did it.

A few Typical criminal lines: "the police lied" "the police set me up" "I am being harassed by the police" "the police like to harass me" "the drugs made me do it" The list could go on and on and on. Tired of them all!!!! I have no pitty- they deserve the life of misery each and every one of them get!!!!!!!
