Why defend it. You must be needing to plea this issue to insure you can get the salts. Maybe you can convence yourself but nobody else is buying into your idiotic reasoning

Bath salts are not illegal idiot, some salts contain chemicals that are illegal in this state which makes them illegal but others do not. If you dont like em then dont buy em. You probley can not get them with your stamps anyway. Its not my personal intrust but if someone likes to bath in salts thats their busines not yours. I do not like coffee but I am not concerned with people that do. Its their busines not mine or yours
It is our business as a community if the people on bath salts are a danger to others. they steal to feed their habits, they neglect their children, they have been known to harm others even doctors and nurses in the ER where they are often times taken when over dosing on bath salts. Now u tell me how many people that drink coffee would break into your house or car and steal money to get their next cup of coffee. NONE!! That is the difference and I cant believe I just wasted my time explaining this to an idiot like you because you cant fix stupid!

Duch-bag I did not and have not been defending anything illegal, but if its legal I said leave it alone. It sounds like your describing a drunk to me or in your case tramp stamp alcoholic

So you cannot define the word "duch", understandable as it does not appear in the English language as either a proper word or slang... in other words you were trying to spell douche; however you failed horribly.

You still have yet to answer my prior question regarding an alternative synthetic stimulant that might be used in bath salts outside of the substances I listed earlier that might be legal. Funny how you ignored that.

You did post the amended statutes and if you look at chapter 60A section 204 you will find added to the list of controlled substances a number of synthetic cannabinoids, hallucinogens, and stimulants. As was the title of session detail you posted.

methylenedioxypyrovalerone and mephedrone: Section (e) Depressants. subsection 4:

(4) Methcathinone, its immediate precursors and immediate derivatives, its salts, optical isomers and salts of optical isomers; some other names:(2-(methylamino)-propiop henone; alpha-(methylamino)propiopheno ne; 2-(methylamino)-1-phenylpropan -1- one; alpha-N-methylaminopropiopheno ne; monomethylpropion; 3,4- methylenedioxypyrovalerone and/or mephedrone;3,4- methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MPVD); ephedrone; N-methylcathinone; methylcathinone; AL-464; AL-422; AL- 463 and UR1432;

This is a schedule one controlled substance

methyloxy: Section (d) Hallucinogenic substances. subsection 7:

(7) 5-methyloxy-3, 4-methylenedioxy-amphetamine;

Once again, a schedule one controlled substance.

All three chemicals are illegal making every known formula of the illicit substance known as "bath salts" a illegal drug unless they contain some type of synthetic hallucinogenic, cannabinoid, or stimulant that is not listed as a controlled substance:

http://www.legis.state.wv.us/WVCODE/ChapterEn...

So if all those synthetics are illegal the only way a bath salt formula could be legal is if it uses a new synthetic that the government is not yet aware of and unless you can provide the name and evidence of the existence of this new chemical the chances of it existing are slim to nill and it seems that you are just blowing smoke.

Thanks for the link btw.

If its illegal than fine but if its not, then you cannot prosecute someone for selling it.

Its still illegal. Unless you have the new super secret substance that makes it legal. Your a chemist with a law degree to change everything into legal substance correct?
