the way Simex is firing people for trivial things no one should try to work there its a hell hole!!!trust me! its so mismanaged it unbelievable!!! they gave an 8 day break schedule for the first time in years and took 2 days back! stay away if you know whats good for u!!!!!!!!!!

Simonton Windows is a sweat shop worked there for years . Not the same place it was when it was locally owned .They will work you like a dog and if you get hurt doing it they will do their best to get rid of you. Long hours hard work forced overtime when it is busy and lack of work time when production is down look to get laid off come winter also a lot of favoritism when it comes to job assignments if you don't mind all the horse crap you will get all the hours you can stand and then some just ask some of the people who work there .Don't make plans on weekend during the busy season worked lots of them and it counts towards their absenteeism policy good luck.

what happened with that place. It use to be a good place to work. what are people going to do. I've heard there is more changes to come.
