Can anyone on here answer a question related to homeowners who rent their properties?

If the city is called out to a rental apartment for an issue are they supposed to inspect all units in the building?

Listen, clarksburg has had the same families renting these run down houses for years. The Muscari family (PJ) to exact, is the worst though.
They have their connections at city hall and suck just enough when they need to. Cochran and papa are just as bad. Until you break the money ties, there will always be slum lords in Clarksburg. Believe me when I say a lot of money and special favors are done, to keep those run down crap holes in business because its easy to make money off something when there is not any monies being spent to keep them up. PS and in some locations, there is just something to hide, because who would look there!

My slumlord issue isn't with any of the infamous slumlords in Clarksburg, but I am tired of putting out money to keep my property up because of the damages being done from their property. This town is biased and corrupt to the core, I am not blind to that, but I refuse to sit by and see my property go down in value because of my neighbors.

We have, numerous times in the last 3 years and they are not doing anything to fix the major issue. They made him fix a few minor things outside and inspected the unrented apartment before it was moved into. However, the issue lies with other renters who have been there for about 3 years, which is why the second apartment can not stay rented. It is not only a code enforcement issue, it is one of health as well, which is why we are at our wits end on this matter.

Why don't you show up at a council meeting and make your complaint public. Put your complaints on someones back there and go to a few of the meetings and you put them in a corner.
