It is appalling to read what happened to Dr. Yelenic. Those of us that knew him, knew he was a wonderful man that did not deserve this. It is unreal that the State Police didn't search Foley and Michele's home until 6 months later. I am so glad the people of Indiana county voted Bob Bell's incompetent butt out of the DA position. Maybe now, the case will move forward with a conviction. I can only hope Michele is next.

I agree. That was absolutely grueling to listen to that report. The "monsters" that are responsible for this murder had better be prosecuted to the fullest extent. I cannot believe that Michele is running free. I think the trooper may take the fall for everyone involved. AND, how about the lawyers who are trying to have this case thrown out for lack of evidence? Also, trying to get the trooper out on bail. What is going on! Someone needs to come forward and "Tell THE TRUTH" about this murder. Quite frankly, I do not know how these individuals are sleeping at night. Exactly! Has she shown any type of sadness for the loss of her ex? Or better yet, what are they telling the poor son about his father. That poor child is probably so confused. Supposedly, she is still involved, but who knows with her track record. I am not sure if she is still involved with the Trooper or not. I mean, he is done doing her dirty work, so she is probably moving on. I feel so badly for those kids. John was so devoted to his son and it killed him to be away from him. Her reign of terror must be stopped! Hopefully, the police will do the right thing!!!

Foley has nothing for Michele now. It's time for her to move on to the next sucker. But........Foley's (Yes, Foley's) adopted kid is now in Michele's guardianship. I suspect that she'll toss this kid to the curb and wipe her hands of all of this.......until they come for her. And that's just a matter of time. Do phone records show her calling Foley the night of the murder crying about all the money she'll be losing (Setting Foley off)? Then he goes to the house to do his thing? Were there text messages between the two of them that night? They intended John's money to support them through retirement. John single handedly took Michele and her children off the welfare books when he met her, and she fleeced him from day one. Michele will get more time than Foley in this (ie Moonda case). Hopefully John's money isn't being used to pay to defend his killer. This is a possibility.

I don't believe the phone records were presented at the preliminary hearing. Hopefully the DA is holding off on using anything that might implicate Michele until the right time. She was not at the preliminary hearing but she sent her lawyer instead. What a piece of work! I still don't understand how that woman gets all these men to do her dirty work!

We may be speculating, but I would have to believe that our speculations are right on. Is it just a coincidence that John ends up murdered the day before the signing of his divorce papers. And, you are going to tell me that Michele knows NOTHING at all about this case. As I have said before, I do not know how these people are sleeping at night. Oh, and by the way, no one ever said that Michele is not a smart woman. In fact, Lacy Peterson's husband was also very intelligent and look where it got him.

what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? you people do not know all the facts, Don't you know that the media hipes things up. Where you there when this happened. How do you know that maybe they needed to pin this on someone because of the pressure from Johns family and friends to solve the case. Things like that have happened before in other cases and found out years later that the person is innocent.

Her mother raised her kids; except for the new one she bought with John's money less than a year before Foley murdered John. She filed bogus charges on John claiming sexual abuse to win a custody battle. She refuses to work to provide for her kids. Right thing by not showing up at the hearing? Yes, she was busy buying handbags on EBAY (look it up). Let me guess.......Foley is being setup, right? "Someone who cares" should rename himself/herself to "someone in denial" or "Someone who can’t grasp punctuation" or “Someone who can’t spell Michele’s name correctly". And what qualifies you to judge her character?

It has released innocents from prison and it has solved the unsolvable crimes. There is a 1 in 13000 chance that it ISN"T him. what is wrong with the police up there? six month is took to get michele or foley house searched. i hope the attorney general start looking into the police department in indiana. i read a comment that the police have a hard time arresting one of their own. tough @#$% foley is a piss poor example of a police officer. he should die in prison. the sad thing if he gets life without parole your tax paying money will feed this a@#####. michele i hope you ended up in prison and never get to see your child again. neither one of these trashy people deserve to have freedom again.
