Review: Dillon's Automotive Repair

Dillon's garage of Clarion, Pa. has very poor consumer skills and knowledge of servicing vehicles. I wouldn't recommend them to even change the oil in your vehicle. The owner spends more time out of the garage and not over seeing his son and teenage companion in servicing vehicles. I was soaked for thousands.Save your self money and strees and seek service else where.

I dont really know what all you had done to your vehicle, but Dillons have always been polite and kind and welcoming to me there, however I have never experienced any actually long term labor being done on my car. I must admit I'm partial to Gatesmens Auto Body Car Star. Dana and the crew ROCK!! Very Wonderful , fair people... For those of you that are interested in checking them out, they are located in Lucinda , Pa.
I have never used this garage either, but my roommate says that Creekside Garage between Shippenville and Knox is a good place to go also.. They helped her , when she thought she was going to have to be car less....

I have been using Dillion's for over a yr, for everything. They are polite. Car is running much better ,since they took over the care of my car. My friend, uses them when the warrenty runs out on new cars, and her children and g.kids, all go to Dillion's and raves about them.

I must say that the Dillon boys are all very kind and have went out of there way to help me many times. They get 5 Gold stars in my book. The ammount of money they have saved me is amazing also. So everyone has a right to their own opinion but when i need something on my vehicle I know who i'm calling!

I needed someone to look over a car before I decided to scrap it. Sean took care of us, and not only did we feel very well treated he charged us only $13.04!!

I will never seek service for my vehicle at Dillion's any longer. They broke my hood latch cable and didn't even notify me of doing so or replacing it. Appears they are great at breaking things rather than fixing them. Should have listened to the first posting on this page.

Dillon's SUCKS. I was there like three weeks ago and had to go again today. The guy I talked to today (Sean ..Shawn ..however you want to spell it) was a total smartass.
I have spoken with two other guys before (NOT SHAWN) and Shawn tells me that's impossible because "he was the only one there for two months."
Sorry to break it to ya, Shawn, but you weren't the guy I talked to before ...they were actually NICE.
Terrible customer service.
PS. All Shawn cared about was charging me to hook up the computer to see why my check engine light was on. He could have given a rat's ass when I was telling him what had been going on with my car. My guess is he doesn't know anything about cars ...That's probably why he couldn't help me.

good to see these guys out of business. something was wrong. for a business to survive u need repeat customers. why no one returned was the lack of respect and service knowledge. good bye dillon's good bye!!!!!!!!!!
