SUMMERVILLE BOUROUGH IS CONDEMING PROPERTIES ALONG THE REDBANK CREEK, TO HAVE THE LAND GO BACK TO THE BOROUGH WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE PROPERTIES OR HOMES. THEY THEN CAN USE THESE PROPERTIES FOR THEMSELVES AND THE OFFICIALS AS THEY WISH. OPEN LAND, DRILLING FOR GAS, SHOPPPING CENTERS OR ANY OTHER BENIFIT THEY WANT FOR THE BOROUGH. THEY ARE FINDING THEM UNLIVABLE EVEN THOUGH THE PROPERTIES WERE REPAIRED BY FEMA AND JUST A LITTLE SUPERFICIAL ITEMS NEED DONE. THIS IS PUTTING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HOMES AND SOME ARE DISABLED AND CAN ILL AFFORD TO MOVE. THEY ALSO LOOK THROUGH WINDOWS AND TAKE PICTURES OF THE HOMEOWNERS WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION, WHICH IS UNLAWFUL TO DO SO. THEY THREATEN THEIR PETS AND THE PEOPLE WHO OWN THE HOME, AND ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT.
WHY DO THE BOROUGHS HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE AND CONDEM JUST TO GET A PROPERTY?

it has come to my ATTENTION that the situation has become much bigger than just a quest for the properties. now animals are being poisoned and shot along the redbank creek, summerville pa.
people are being threatened and scared at night, and downright terrorized. has this town gone crazy? were are the state police, do they care and do their job?
how can this happen in an area that wants to grow and become the future of our gas and oil industry?
many robberies have taken place in the past few weeks. There are no city police, only state police; so the town and people are open targets. is this the new pennsylvania? Is this the future of small town america if they do let big business in?

Constant harassment is the norm in small town, Summerville Pa. People there don't have anything better to do than send someone to check the height of the grass, or to yell obscenities at a poor defenseless person. Make sure garbage is not out until 1 hour before they come for it, or go by and threaten you in their car. Borough officials in letters say " we will keep on them like we live beside them." ( In the newspaper no less) Is this the proper use of their authority? Who has taken over this once nice town?
Are all the people going to have this kind of treatment, or is it just that some are against one person? Where is the real Police or Justice to let things get so far out of control. What will happen when the people no longer are in control and are a
vigilante mob taking over the borough and all else?
Who can answer that question?

Summerville, Pa - small town, condemns properties, puts people on the street. Unlawfully , removes the homeowners and puts them in personal care homes to be drugged and kept out of sight till which time their homes can be demolished . Not just one person, but many landowners; who paid their taxes just like everyone else. The Borough council has gone wild in the flood plane areas, due to wanting Fema money for a bridge over Redbank creek. All of the flood properties are to be bought, not stolen from the property owners. that is not happening. They are condemned and gotten illegally. The Fema / government agency has created a real life threatening situation in this small town. Borough council gone wild,
Code official out of control, State Police turning their back on the people's cry. No Police in this town to protect the innocent and ill.
So, make sure you don't wind up the same way. Pass by this town on your way through Pennsylvania.
