CLEARFIELD — A plan to install tollbooths on Interstate 80 to raise money for state transportation needs drew pointed criticism during one of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission's first public meetings on ... via Pocono Record
I suggest improved highway-system management and vigilance against corruption, instead of selling OUR state-roads to private entities, or introducing tolls ("a new tax") which would only serve to encourage corruption.
